This is what we call your very first appointment with our new home sales team! Here you'll receive recommendations on a floor plan and community and have the opportunity to tour both. No pre-approval is needed to start your homeownership journey with us!

STEP 2

Financing

Through our more than three decades in the industry, we've established exclusive partnerships with a select group of West Texas mortgage lenders we refer to as preferred loan officers. We'll help connect you with the best lender for you at your New Home Tour.

STEP 3

Design Options

If you choose a new build, you'll get to personalize your home with our expertly curated design options including granite countertops and bold, timeless finishes. If you opt for a quick move-in home, these options will have been pre-selected based on popularity.

STEP 4

Construction

Depending on whether you purchase a new build or a quick move-in home you'll experience some key construction milestones like the foundation pouring, frame tour, and/or scripture signing.

Every new home buyer will enjoy a Welcome Home Orientation with their Experience Specialist prior to closing for a final walkthrough to ensure expectations have been met. Here, you'll also review basic homeowner maintenance items and receive our new home warranty guide.

STEP 5

Closing Day

Congratulations, you're ready to get the keys to your new home! We partner with Impact Title to provide a streamlined, in-house closing process where you'll finalize your purchase and officially take over as a homeowner.
