1,900 sq ft New House Floor Plan: The Rebecca

Spacious AND striking… name a better duo. The Rebecca stands out with her stone and brick exterior features. With her stunning kitchen and a corner fireplace to cozy up by, this floor plan pulls out all the stops! Don’t forget about the his and her bathroom vanities in the master suite plus the large walk-in master closet that connects to the laundry room. This three bedroom, two bathroom is just dreamy… we guarantee it.  

2,000 sq ft New House Floor Plan: The Dorothy

This dreamy lady has a stone entryway with dormer windows. Upon entering, she has 10-foot ceilings… talk about a grand entryway! The Dorothy’s large kitchen stands out with a spacious peninsula and comes complete with a living room the perfect size for entertaining and hosting! Let’s not forget that secluded master suite and bathroom with a garden tub and a large walk-in closet. She’s a four bedroom, two bathroom beauty.  

2,300 sq ft New House Floor Plan: The Sophia

She’s lovely and spacious… The Sophia stands out with her curb appeal – the brick, stone, cedar columns and shutters make quite the bold statement. 2,500 sq ft New House Floor Plan: The Sara Ann

Ah, the captivating Sara Ann! This grand house features a large stone entry tower and cedar details. Large bay windows welcome an abundance of natural light creating a light and airy atmosphere. Inside this four-bedroom, three bathroom, she has quite the unique features!
