Samsung Stove & Range
The included stove is the Samsung 5.9 cu. ft. Freestanding Electric Range with Two Dual Power Elements. It has a large oven, two dual cooking elements, two single elements, and warming center.

Microwave
The matching microwave features 1000 watts cooking power, 11.5″ turntable, cook presets, and a powerful ventilation system. The dishwasher features a stainless steel interior door, which is more durable, hygienic, and quiet. It also has a height-adjustable upper rack which makes fitting dishes of various shapes and sizes a breeze! In addition, this model has a digital leakage sensor and an ENERGY STAR® rating of 249 kWh/year, ensuring efficiency.
Black Stainless Steel Upgrade
For homeowners who wish to upgrade their appliances, we are offering a modern black stainless option. The range features fingerprint resistant black stainless steel, a powerful convection fan that cooks food faster and more evenly. It also offers steam clean and self clean features for a deeper clean!
The black stainless steel microwave is slightly larger than the included model, has a ceramic enamel interior, and 10 power levels.
Dishwasher
The black stainless steel Top Control Dishwasher with Stormwash™ features a heavy duty wash system, digital leakage sensor, half load cycle, three spray wash arms, and more!
WiFi Upgrade
Lastly, for those who love the latest in technology, we have a WiFi upgrade option! Home buyers can choose to upgrade their range, microwave and dishwasher in either WiFi stainless steel or WiFi black stainless steel.
