We are a cost-plus builder, meaning we don't price our homes based on market demand. We look at every single cost of building a home - from the lumber to the tile grout. Because we're hyper-aware of every line item, we can pivot, negotiate, and find new quality products for lower prices as needed. When we find those savings, we pass them along to our home buyers. Sometimes that's $20, and sometimes it's a lot more!
