Your first step in the home buying process will be to get pre-approved by a home lender. 2. Do some dreaming and identify your non-negotiables.

We all want a beautiful home. Do some dreaming about what you envision your home to look like. We encourage that! If you look at your ‘Dream Home’ Pinterest board, you might notice that it’s a ton of beautiful exterior photos or even photos of your ideal interior décor. We love beautiful things too! When you meet with a member of one of our dedicated sales teams, they'll ask you several questions to help identify your non-negotiables. Think about what you are lacking in your current space. Think about your lifestyle at home and what you really need and want in a home for LIVING. This will help our team find the best floor plan to meet your unique needs. Do you like to entertain? Maybe you want a floor plan with a large kitchen island. Is the master bedroom where you spend most of your time or do you like to hang out in the main living areas? Do you need a home office or a secluded mother-in-law suite?
